Surface Preparation

• Near white metal -Sa2.5(ISO 8501-1) with anchor profile 40 ~ 75μm(SSPC-SP10)
• ensure blasted steel free from re-rust, oil, sand, moisture or any another contaminates

Method of application

• Airless Spray, Conventional Spray. Roller and Brush not recommended. Stripe coat by brush only.
• Airless spray : Tip size -0.017 inch to 0.021 inch
• For Conventional spray a moisture and oil trap in the air supply line, mechanical agitator are recommended

Thinning ratio

• Not necessary, if required use 5% Xylene

Cleaner

• Xylene, MIBK

• Air Temperature -5 ~ 49°C
• Substrate Temperature -5 ~ 60°C
• Relative Humidity :- up to 85%
